We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise ordered from tech-gadgets.com may be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days of purchase by completing the online RMA form.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. We will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMA numbers are effective for 14 days from date of issue.
All returns must be new and unused and returned in their original packaging including all original manuals and accessories. All returns must be sent with adequate shipping packaging in order to prevent damage during transit.
Products may be returned to our Returns Processing Center after obtaining an RMA number and shipping instructions. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
Some items cannot be returned if opened due to personal hygiene reasons.
We cannot accept returns of monogrammed, personalized, or “Final Sale” items.
Any returns of damaged products which are determined to be manufacturing defect or workmanship related will be fully refunded or exchanged. Returns of defective products will not be accepted if a) damage is caused by failure to follow instructions relating to product’s use or the installation of components; b) damage is caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquake or other external causes; c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; d) items intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the product including, without limitation, batteries or light bulbs.
After 30 days, please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty for product and service issues.
All returns must be shipped with a tracking number. Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. All merchandise returned must be shipped Freight Prepaid.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 10 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
